By using HoonHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

HoonHub is an educational platform for learning about the Thai stock market. All information provided is for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial or investment advice. Users should conduct their own research and consult qualified professionals before making investment decisions.

3. Disclaimer of Liability

All information on HoonHub is provided for educational purposes only. HoonHub is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from investment decisions based on information from this platform. Investing involves risk, and users should exercise due diligence.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, data, and software on HoonHub are the property of HoonHub. Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution is prohibited.

6. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

HoonHub Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription with a 1-month or 1-year term. The price for your region is shown in the app before you confirm the purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same term unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the then-current price of the plan.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, where offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their store policies; HoonHub cannot issue store refunds directly.

For purchases made through the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse our services, including but not limited to:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Using automated tools to scrape or collect data
• Distributing malicious software through our platform
• Impersonating other users or entities

8. Changes to Terms

HoonHub reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Thai courts.
